Writing will be one of important skills today. In Industry 4.0, information, communication, instruction, question, recruitment, even keeping or sharing strategy to achieve everything. In doing good writing especially creative writing, there will be some efforts to learn and take the goals. The aim of the research is to figure out how log conferencing technique is applied in writing and to find out the impact of this technique to the students’ writing skills. The study used a classroom action research in the fifth semester of English Department at Tidar University. To ensure the technique effectively improves the learning achievement, the study used three cycles of teaching steps, including classical, group, and individual. Some media and sources to support the learning activities were also used, besides the effective process of interaction among students and between students and teacher. The results of the study show that there is a significant improvement in students’ writing skills showed from the higher mark in each cycle.
