English department students are expected to be able to become English teacher. An English teacher should be able to speak English properly cause the students are able to imitate their teacher. For this reason, it is necessary for English education department students to feel like a real teacher. It can be from micro teaching activities or directly teaching practice at school. Practically, it is not easy. Sometimes teacher makes speech errors in speaking English, especially English education department students who are still in the learning stage. They have internships as Pre-Service teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Salaman. They still make some speech errors when speaking English like silent pause, filled pause, repeat, and others. Even though, the pre-service teachers should know their errors and not repeat the same errors in the future, because they will be a teacher and role model to their students. There are three objectives in this research. The first is to find out the types of errors found in speech production made by pre-service teachers in their teaching practice. The second is to find out the dominant error of speech production made by pre-service teachers in their teaching practice. And the last is to know the sources of errors made by pre-service teachers in their teaching practice. The object of this study is utterances by English pre-service teachers in their teaching video to teach English online class in SMA Negeri 1 Salaman. The writer chose six videos from four English pre-service teachers. To gain the data, the writer used documentation. Based on the result of this study, it is indicated that there were seven types of speech errors. They are silent pause (62.60%), filled pause (14.75%), unretracted false start (5.73%), repeat (5.21%), retraced false start (4.09%), interjection (3.47%), and stutters (2.60%). Then, the writer also found the dominant error of speech production made by pre-service teachers. It was a silent pause which had a percentage of 62.60 %. The writer found the sources of errors made by pre-service teachers in their teaching-learning videos. They are cognitive reasons and psychological reasons. In the last chapter, the writer gives suggestions to the further researcher to expand the study of psycholinguistics analysis on speech errors with different objects.
