SKRIPSI KAJIAN BERBAGAI VOLUME PENYIRAMAN DAN INTERVAL PENYIRAAN AWAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT TEBU (SACCHARUM OFFICINARUM)

ABSTRACT
This research courses to know consumptive use of water of seedling and range at the first spraying (rain) by planting are longer that still can emergency of sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum) Bz 148 in dry land, that caried out in kebun praktek dan percobaan Stifarm Semarang on July up to October 1992. Altitude of stage for 350 meters up to the sea level.
The research metode are factorial 4x4 with the randimized complete block design. The treatment factor is
two kinds of four replications. Factor 1. Spraying volume (V), with 4 levels,
V1 2,1675 mm each day
V2 2,6675 mm each day
V3= 3,1675 mm each day
V4 3,6675 mm each day

Factor 2. The first spraying timeinterval by planting, or the first spraying time (I), with 4 levels,
100 day after planting 1114 days after planting
12 21 days after planting
1328 days after planting

The result of this research showed that the spraying volume factor and the first spraying to the effect to highly long and number of roots, high of seedling, leaf area, consumptive use of water and growth rate. The spraying factor with the first spraying time factor interaction (VXI) to effect highly significant to the number of tiller, long and number of roots, high of seedling, leaf area, consumptive use of water, growth rate, but non significant to the time of emergency.
The spraying volume 3,6675 mm each day with the first spraying time O day after planting couse of growth must active and the first spraying 21 days after planting than 28 days after planting cant emergency by bud of sugar cane The first spraying time O day after planting the must active.
