SKRIPSI PENGARUH JARAK TANAM DAN KONSENTRASI DEKAMON TERHADAP HASIL KACANG JOGO (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) VARIETAS GARUT

ABSTRACT
The experiment with the aim of investigating the of fect of plant spacing and Dekamon concentration to the yield of Kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) was carried out at Gelangean Village, Sub District North Magelang, Ka- gelang City, Central Jave, from 21 September 1989 until 30 November 1989. The soil type was Latosol, the soil pH was 6,5 with an altitude of 378 metres.
The experimental design used was Split Plot Design (SPD) composed by Randomized Complete Block Deadgn (RCBD), consisted of two treatment factors by three replications. The treatment factors wore:
1. Factor of plant spacing (J) as main plot:
I plant spacing (30 x 30) cm J J: plant spacing (20 x 45) cm
2. Factor of Dekamon concentration (D) sa sub plot:
Do control
D: concentration 1 ml/10 1 water
D: concentration 2 ml/101 water
DE: concentration 3 ml/10 1 water D: concentration 4 ml/10 1 water 4
The result of experiment showed that:
1. The factor of plant spacing was not significant to all observations.
2. The factor of Dekamon concentration was not signifi- cant to all observations.
3. The factors between did show an interaction to the weight of dry seeds per plant, the harvest index and the total plant yield per plot. The highest degree of interaction for dry seeds per
plant was 31.57 8 (JD) and the lowest was 13.918
The Highest degree of interaction for harvest index was 0.69 (J,D,) and the lowest was 0.54 (JD) (JD) and
The Highest degree of interaction for the total plant yield per plot wan 1.55 kg (J,D,) and the lowest was 0.69 (JD).
