SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS DAN SAAT PEMBERIAN PUPUK UREA TERHADAP HASIL TANAMAN PETSAI (Brassica pekinensia L.)

ABSTRACT
An experiments to know the effect of urea fertilizer dose and time of application of urea fertilizer on yield of petsai (Brassica pekinensis L.) had been carried out since & February until 19 April 1998 at Ngargosoka village, Srumbung distrik, Magelang regency. The soil type is Regosol with pH 6,0 and altitude 580 meters. The method is factorial experiment (3x3) with randomized complete block design consisted of three replication. The first factor is urea fertilizer dose 0,6, 1,2 and 1,8 g polybag urea fertilizer dose. Second factor is time of application of urea fertilizer 1, 2 and 3 weeks after transplanting. The result of the experiment shows that: Lurea dose 1,8 g polybag can increase height of plant, number of leaves per plant, fresh weight of edible part of plant, dry weight of edible part of piant, fresh weight of straw per plant, dry weight of straw per plant, length of roots and leaves area.. 2. Time of application of urea fertilizer at the two weeks after planting can increase height of plant, mumber of leaves per plant, fresh weight of edible part of plant, dry weight of edible part of plant, fresh weight of straw per plant, dry weight of straw per plant, length of roots and leaves area. 3. Interaction between urea dose and time of application of urea of height of plant, number of leaves per plant, fresh weight of edible part of plant, dry weight of edible part of plant, length of roots and leaves area, but not appointed of interaction fresh weight of straw per plant and dry weight of straw per plant.
