ABSTRACT
An research enfitled the effect of ridomil MZ and the cultivate nitrogen dose to intensity leaf rott disease and yield on tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) intan variety had bean carried out from Januari 16 until March, 1995. The experiment is located at Kedungsari, north Magelang subedistrict, Central Java the altitude is about 380 m, on latosol soil with pH 6,0.
The factorial experiment used Randomized Complete Blok Design (R.C.B.D), consist of 2 factors is ridomil MZ.concen- tration and N fertilizer dose consist of four levels and three replications. Concentration of ridomil MZ are 0, 3, and 5 g/1 water. Nitrogen dose are 40, 60 and 80 kg/ha.
Data showed that ridomil MZ and Nitrogen fertilizer áre- not significantly different for infection rate and attack percentation of leaf rott disease. But are different for at sc tack intensity disease, quantily for ripe fruit, weight of ripe fruit, fresh weight of straw and significant different on dry weight of straw. fertilizer higk significantly effects on disease in-
tensity, quantily of ripe fruit, weght of ripe fruit, fresh weight of straw and dry weight of straw. Ridomil MZ high significantly effect on quantily of ripe fruit, weight of ripe fruit and fresh weight of straw. The interaction between ridomil MZ and N fertilizer. Happens on weight of ripe fruit and fresh weight of straw.
