SKRIPSI ANALISA KANDUNGAN VITAMIN C PADA BEBERAPA GALUR TANAMAN CABE MERAH (Capsicum annuum L.)
ABSTRACT
An experiment on the test of several varieties of red pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) F1 the yield of submer- ging in Colchicine solution to the yield ascorbat acid was done at the Central Laboratory Sebelas Maret Univer sity. The usage based on the Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD). Consisted of twelve galur and replicated three times. The result of this experiment showed: 1. Jatilaba variety have a hight ascorbat acid. 2. Genetic factor from a kind of varieties is very impor tant factor to ascorbat acid. 3. Colchicine solution is very significantly effects to ascorbat acid.
