SKRIPSI BERBAGAI MACAM PENGGUNAAN MEDIA DAN KONSENTRASI PUPUK DAUN COMPLESAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KARET (Hevea brasilliensis, M.A.)
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research want to know the influence of
using kinds of growth media and concentration Complesal leaf fertilizer to hevea seedling growth (Heven brusilliensis, M.Λ.). The research began on Feb. 1, 1992 until Mei 2, 1992 Dumpoh village, Potrobangsan, North Magelang sub district, at Magelang regency, Central of Java province, in the altitude 376 meters of the sea level.
The research was done in the plastic house, using Facto- rial Design with Completely Randomized Design (CRD), had two factors, kinds of growth media and Complesal concentration, with three replications, the level and factor as follow: Factor 1 kinds of growth media (M) had 4 levels, it's:
Mo: The soil: latosol (as, control) M: The soil latosol the cow menure (1:1)
1 k: The soil latosol 2 the kompazolla manure (1:1)
M: The soil latosol 3 (1:1) the organic manure humus INRA
Factor 2 The Complesal concentration (C) had 4 levels, it's:
C : No Complesal (as control)
C 1 The Complesal concentration 1,5 cc/liter waters The Complesal concentration 3,0 cc/liter waters
C 2 C 3 : : The Complesal concentration 4,5 cc/liter waters
The result of the research showed that treatment kinds of media was very significant influence to the height of seed- ling, the leaves number, the stem diameter, the fresh weight of seedling, the dry weight of seedling, the tap root lenght and the lateral root number.
The leaf fertilizer concentration very significant in-
fluence to the leaves number, the stem diameter, the tap root lenght and significant influence to the dry weight of seedling. The highest result for the height of seedling, the leaves. number, the stem diameter, the fresh weight of seedling, the dry weight of secdling, the tap root lenght and the lateral root number was got to the combination media of the soil la- tosol the kompazolla manure (1:1) (M).
The best influence of the Complesal concentration was got to concentration 3,0 cc/lter waters (C) to the leaves number, the stem diameter, the dry weight of seedling, the tap root lenght and the lateral root number.
The interaction between media and concentration leaf fer- tilizer was non significant for all observation parameters.
