SKRIPSI HUBUNGAN ANTARA INTENSITAS SERANGAN PENYAKIT BLB (Bacterial Leaf Blight) TERHADAP PENURUNAN HASIL PADI (Oryza sativa. L)
ABSTRACT
An experiment on the relation of disease intensity of BLB (Bacterial Leaf Blight) against the decreasing of rice achievement (Oryza sativa L.) had been carried out fron January 17th until April 30th 1992 at the Laboratory of Observation and Forecasting to the Dieesse of Rice in Kedu, Temanggung, Central Java, at altitude of 613 meters, on Latosol soil with an acidity (pH) of 7,0 7,2 and the weather is fairly humid with a temperature of round 24 C.
The usage of design vas factorial method, based on the Randomized Completely Block Design (BCBD), Consisted of two factors, those are inoculum concentration and incculation time, each consists of four level and three level, and replicated three times. The first factor was inoculum concentration (A), consists of four level, those. are inoculation by aquadent (A), inoculation by incculated when the plant was in a day after planted (7), 8 x 10" CPU inoculum concentration inoculation by 8 x 10 CPU inoculum concentration (A) (A) incculation by 8 x 10 CPU inoculum concentration (A) The second factor wa inoculation time those inoculated when the plant wan in a day after planted (T), inoculated when the plant was in 15 days after planted (T), incculated when the plant was in 30 daya after planted (7).
The result of analysis show that
1. The treatment combination very significantly affects the disease intensity, the yield of dry unhuaked rice. on 1 x 1 m square ares, the number of empty grain per 1000 grain, the weight of 1000 dry unhusked rice, the number of rice straw per sten and the number of grains per rice straw.
2. The factor of the age of plant when inoculated affects very significantly the disease intensity, the number of empty grain per 1000 grain and the weight of 1000 dry unhunked rios grain.
3. The factor of Inoculum concentration very significantly affects the number of empty grain per 1000 grain, the weight of 1000 dry unhusked rice. grain, the number of rice straw per sten, the number or grain per rice strav and significantly affects the disease intensity.
