SKRIPSI PENGARUH PENGOLAHAN TANAH SEBELUM TANAM PADA LAHAN BEKAS PADI SAWAH TERHADAP HASIL DARI BEBERAPA VARIETAS KACANG HIJAU (Phaseolus radiatus L.)

ABSTRACT
The aim this experiment was to know the effect of soil cultivation before to plant on the land ex rice rice-field on the yield some green pea (Phaseolus radiatus L.). The ex- periment have been carried on October until December 1990 at Kramat Region, Magelang Utara District, Magelang Town. Alti- tude of 375 m above sea level with the soil type is Regosol, pH 6,6. The methode design was arranged in Randomized Complete Block with Split Plot Design. Soil cultivation as main plot and variety as sub plot. Total treatment combination WaB twelve and they were replicated three times for each treat- ment. First factor is soil cultivation (P) as main plot consisted of four level: Po without soil cultivation P once soil cultivation with hoe P once soil cultivation with hoe 2 P: twice soil cultivation with hoe once harrow twice harrow Second factor is variety (V) as sub plot consisted of three kinds: V Parkit variety 1
V: No. 129 variety VS Bhakti variety 3 The result of experiment soil cultivation was very sig- nificant to the all parametres, but variety was very signifi- cant to the height of plant, flowering age, dry weight of straw per plant, and non significant to the number of fertile nodes, number of pods per plant, number of pods per er bunch, number of filled pods per plant, weight of fresh straw per plant, weight of dry seeds per plant. Interaction was very significant to the height of plant, number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant. Interaction was significant to the dry weight of straw per plant. The highest yield obtained by P, V, (once soil cultivation with hoe, Parkit variety) with yield was 19,35 gram per plant. The lowest was obtained by PV (without soil cultivation, Bhakti variety) with yield was 6,00 gram per plant.
