SKRIPSI PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SITOZIM DAN JARAK TANAM TERHADAP PRODUKSI KENTANG ( Solanum tuberosum L. )

ABSTRACT

The research about "The Effect of Sitozym and Plant Spacing on Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) Yield" was conducted at Bawono Village, Pakis Subdistrict, Magelang Regent, Central Java Province. This research had been conducted on February until June, 1988.
The method of research is Split Plot Desaign (SPD) based on Randomized Complete Block Design (RCDB), with two factors an three replications. The factors are:
a. Sitozym factros (S) as main plot,
So = without sitozym
Si = seed plus sitozym 0.05% and crop
plus sitozym 0.05%
b. Plant spacing factors (J) as sub plot
Ji(30 X 60) cm
Jz (35 x 60) cm
J3 = (40 X 60) cm
J4 (45 x 60) cm
The result of the research sitozym significantly effect for increasing of tuber weight per hill; wider plant spacing significantly effect higher for dry weight of plant and highly significant higher for tuber weight per hill. The interaction between plant spacing and sitozym significantly effect on the height of plant. J3 and Ja significantly higher yield than Ji and Ja (per hill). The highest yield was obtained by Si J1, 29,627 ton/ha.
