SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI NATRIUM NITROFENOL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BEBERAPA VARIETAS TOMAT ( Lysofersifum esculentum Mill )
ABSTRACT
An experiment to know the effect of concentration of natrium nitrophenol on growth and yield of some tomato cul- tivars (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) had been conducted from October 1995 to January 1996, at Kedungsari, North Magelang, Magelang, Central Java. The altitude is 380 meters above the sea level, the soil type is latosol with pH 6,5.
The method is factorial (3x4) in split-plot with ran- domized completely block design (RCBD), consists of three replications. The first factor is cultivar Ratna, Mutiara and Berlian, and the second factor is concentration of natrium nitrophenol 0, 5, 10 and 15 ml/10 1 of water.
The result of the experiment shows that:
1. Kinds of cultivar show difference on height of plant num- ber of ripe fruit, weight of ripe fruit, number of green fruit and flowering
age.
2. The increase in concentration of natrium nitrophenol can decrease percentage of flower and aborted fruits, and increase number
of ripe fruit and weight of ripe fruit. 3. Cultivar of Mutiara yields 2543,71 grams and the concen- tration of natrium nitrophenol 15
ml/10 1 of water still increase weight of ripe fruit.
