SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI GIBBERELLIN (GA3) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI KUBIS BUNGA (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L. sub-var. cauliflora DC. )

ABSTRACT

This experiment about the effect of Gibberellin (GAZ) on growth and production of cauliflowers was ca- rried out at Tidar Village, South Magelang District, Magelang Town, Central Java from July until September 1987. The type of soil is Latosol, the altitude is 343 meters above sea level, soil pH: 6 and average temperature: 24°c.
Experiment method was used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consist of 6 treatment with 4 plications. Treatment factors namely:
Go = Consentration Gibberellic Acid (GA) 0 ppm
G1 = Consentration Gibberellic Acid (GA) 10 ppm
G2 = Consentration Gibberellic Acid (GA) 20 ppm
G3 = Consentration Gibberellic Acid (GAZ) 30 ppm \
G4 = Consentration Gibberellic Acid (GAZ) 40 ppm
G5 = Consentration Gibberellic Acid (GAZ) 50 ppm вз Са G5
The conclusion of this experiment is :
Gibberellic acid (GAZ) application once no sig- nificantly effect on parameters of plant height, nett weight of curd, half dirty weight of curd, fresh weight of straw, dry weight of straw and curd production per hectare. But high significantly influence on flowering time thats consentration 40 ppm the plant flowering on 29 days after planting.
