SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS PEMBERIAN Trichoderma sp. PADA PESEMAIAN BEBERAPA VARIETAS TANAMAN KOBIS (Brassica oleracea)

ABSTRACT
An experiment about the effect of Trichoderma sp. dose on some cabbage variety seedling (Brassica oleracea), had been done since August 12th until September 12th, 2003 in Lempuyang Village, Candiroto District, Temanggung Regency. The altitude is 650 m above sea level and soil kind is latosol. The method of experiment is factorial (4x3) with completely randomized design and three replications. The first factor is Trichoderma sp. dose 0, 50, 100 and 150 g /9 kg growing media. The second factor is cabbage variety Grand 11, Green Coronet and local cabbage (Java). The result shows that dose of Trichoderma sp. until 97,35 g is able to increase number of grown seedling and dose of 93,31 g is able to decrease percentage of seedling mortality, increase percentage of healthy seedling and root length, also decrease damping off attack intensity linearly. Green Coronet variety shows the lowest intensity of disease attack and longest root. Increasing dose of Trichoderma sp. on some variety kind shows the same response on all observed parameters. The best growth of cabbage seedling is at 97,35 g Trichoderma sp dose on Green Coronet variety.
