SKRIPSI PENGARUH MACAM MEDIA TANAM DAN DOSIS PUPUK NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KOPI ( Coffea arabica ) VAR. USDA 230762

ABSTRACT

The experiment to have a purpose to know the effect of kind of plant medium and NPK fertilizer dose to growth coffe seed (Coffea arabica) Var. USDA 230762, was carried out at Potrobangsan village, Magelang North District, Magelang City, Central of Java from April until to August 1992. The kind of soil is latosol, the soil pp 1s 6.
The experiment using factorial wich arranged in was completely Randomized Design (CRD), wich consist of 2 factor and 4 replication. I of kind of plant medium (M) that consist of medium latosol soil (Mo), medium latosol soil and sand (1:1) (M₁), medium latosol soil and manure (1: 1) (M2), and medium latosol soil, sand and manure (1:1:1) (M3). TI NOW fertili- zer dose (D) that consist no NPY fertilizer (Do), dose 0,345 (g) NPK fertilizer (D₁), dose 0,690 (g) NPK fertilizer (D2) and dose 1,035 (g) NPK fertilizer (D3).
The experiment shown that kind of plant medium was very significant in the plant of height, number of leaves, main root length, root of number and dry weight of seed, but not signi fiIcant in fresh weight of seed. NPK fertilizer dose was very sig- nificant in the root of number and significant in the plant of height, main root length and dry weight of seed. The experiment was interaction wich, number of leaves, main root length, root of number and dry weight of seed.
