SKRIPSI PENGARUH KADAR CYTOZYME SEED PLUS DAN UREA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KAKAO (Theobroma cacao L)

ABSTRACT
The research entitled is the effect of concentration Cytozyme seed plus and urea the growth of the seedling of cacao, the growth of seedling of cacao which treated with Cytozyme seed plus and urea.
The research conducted from 13 January 1989 until 19 April 1989 in potrobangsan, Magelang utara. The altitude 376 meters, the soil is Regosol with pH 6,5.
The methode of research is faktorial experiment Ran- domized Complete Block Design (RCBD). First factor concen- tration of Cytozyme seed plus with four levels, such as: 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%. Second factor is urea, with four levels, such as: 0g, 1g, 2g, 3g.
The result of the showed that the effect of Cytozyme seed plus aren't significant to height of plant at the end experiment, length of top root, weight of fresh seedling, weight of dry seedling, weight of fresh root, weight of dry root. The concentration 1% can improve the percentage of germination of seed, very true to improve number of le- aves and number of lateral root.
The ures aren't significant its the effect to weight of fresh seedling, weight of dry seedling, number of late- ral root, weight of dry root. At the doses 2 g is very true to improve height of seedling at the experiment, num- ber of leaves and length of top root. At doses 16 of true improve of weight of fresh root.
The treatment don't interaction to among parameters. Combination K, D. (Concentration Cytozyme Seed Plus 1% and 2 g of urea) is true to improve of number of leaves.
