SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonium, L.)

ABSTRACT
An experiment about the effect of organic fertilizer dose on growth and yield of onion (Allium ascalonicum L.), has been done since June 14 until August 18, 2003 in Keadungsari Village, North Magelang District, Magelang City. The altitude is 350 m, soil kind is latosol and pH 6,5.
The method of experiment is non-factorial with completely randomized block design and three replications. The treatment is organic fertilizer dose, 0; dose of bokashi Shikantan 1,5; 3,0 ; 4,5; dose of goat feces manure 7,5 ; 12,5 and 17,5 ton/ha.
The result shows that application of organic fertilizer is able to increase leaves number, bulbs number and fresh weight of bulbs better than no organic fertilizer. Application of bokashi Shikantan is able to increase leaves number, bulbs number and fresh weight of bulbs. The application of goat feces manure is able to increase bulbs number and fresh weight of bulbs, also the increase dose of goat feces manure until 12,5 ton/ha is able to increase leaves number.
