SKRIPSI PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ZEOLIT DAN MACAM MULSA PLASTIK TERHADAP HASIL CABAI MERAH ( Capsicum annuum L.) VARIETAS HOT BEAUTY

ABSTRACT


The research is title the effect feed zeolit and plastic mulch kinds effect on yield of red pepper (Capsi- cum annuum L.) varietas hot beauty, was conducted to know the effect of feed zeolit and plastic mulch kinds on the yield of red peper and interaction.
This research was did from 1 Januari 1995, until 10 April 1995 in Cangkrep Kidul Village, Purworejo District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java Province. The altitude was 187 m above sea leve. Soil type was latosol with pH 5,4.
Metode research was used fondation design Randomozed Completely Bloc Design (RCBD), formated faktorial design, consists of 2 factor and 3 bloc. Factor 1 consist, 3 taraf ZO the non feed zeolit, Z1 the feed zeolit 3 ton/ha dan Z2 the feed zeolit 6 ton/ha, and factor 2 consists of 3 taraf: M1 plastic mulch black, M2 plastic mulch silver black and M3 plastic mulch blue.
The result analisis statistic show that combination treatment the feed zeolit and plastic mulch was effect very significant different for plant height, number of ripe fruit, number of total fruit, weight ripe fruit and weight total fruit, significant different for number of green fruit and non significant different effect for long of ripe fruit. The interaction arise only number of green fruit, except non interaction at all parameter.
The combinasi treatment heightly was got at combina- treatment feed zeolit & ton/ha with plastic mulch silver black that is 28,6 kg/plot or 10,72 ton/ha weight of total fruit. The zeolit feed 22 (6 ton/ha) are result 21,93 kg/plot or 8,22 ton/ha weight of total fruit, compareted non was zeolit result 14,99 kg/plot or 5,62 ton/ha, so that arise heightly 46,26 %. The just plastic mulch kinds was show heightly 46,96% for plastic mulch silver black that are 21,29 kg/plot or 7,98 ton/ha weight of total fruit was compareted plastic mulch blue that is 14,47 kg/plot or 5,43 ton/ha weight of total fruit.
