SKRIPSI TOLERANSI Bradyrhizobium japonicum TERHADAP RESIDU PEMAKAIAN PESTISIDA DENGAN TINGKAT DOSIS PREVENTIF DAN KURATIF PADA TANAMAN KEDELAI ( Glycine max L. MERR )
ABSTRAK
The experiment on tolerance of Bradyrhizobium japonicum to residue of pesticide uses with the preventive and curative level doses for soybean plant was purposed to find out the effect residue of pesticide uses for bacteria of Bradyrhizobium japonicum with the preventive and cura tive level doses.
The experiment was carried out at Kedungsari village Magelang district on an altitude of 350 metres above sea level, on latosol of soil. The whole experiment took times from August 1992 to November 1992.
The method used on experiment was Randomized Complete Bloc Design with 9 treatments and 3 replications for each treatment described as follow :
PO: Control
P1 : Insecticide Orthene at preventive dose
P2: Insecticide Orthene at curative dose
P3: Insecticide Larvin at preventive dose
P4: Insecticide Larvin at curative dose
P5 : Fungicide Benlate at preventive dose
Po : Fungicide Benlate at curative dose
P7 : Fungicide Dimasan at preventive dose
P8 : Fungicide Dimatan at preventive aose
Field observation was on nodule distribution pat- tern at 45 days after planting (dap); total number of no- dules ana number of effective nodules at 45 days after planting; dry weight of effective nodules; dry weight of plant at 45 dap and at harvest times; the height of plant at 2, 3, 4, 5 and weeks after planting (wap) and weight of 100 seeds.
The findings of the experiment lead to conelution as
foliows :
1. Insecticide and fungicide of application in pests and disease control of soybean plant, significantly to re- main of residue that the effect to nos the effect of Bradyrhizobium japonicum activity.
2. Tolerance of Bradyrhizobium japonicum to residue of fungicide Benlate on the preventive and curative doses that the effect of the growth and the developments normally.
3. Tolerance of Bradyrhizobium japonicum to residue of insecticide Larvin on the preventive and curative doses not the effect of nitrogen fixation.
