SKRIPSI UJI HASIL M1 TANAMAN KEDELAI ( Glycine max (L.) Merrill ) YANG TELAH DIPERLAKUKAN DENGAN BEBERAPA DOSIS RADIASI GAMMA PADA BEBEAPA VARIETAS
ABSTRACT
Soybean (Glycine max (L) Merrill) is important food crops (palawija, grown in Indonesia. The experiment for genetic variability of soybean has done with synthetic mutation through of gamma ray irradiation to three varieties i.e. Orba, Galunggung, and Shakti.
The usage based on the completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of nine lines, with replicated three times. The experiment has done from December 30th, 1991 th to April 18, 1992 at greenhouse of Tidar Magelang University.
The last analysis showed, that treatments (lines) had a very significant on parameters height of plant, number of filled pods, fresh weight of straw without roots, and weight of 100 seeds. There was a significant on parameters age of harvesting, number of fertile nodes, dry weight of seeds per plant, and dry weight of straw without roots. There was non significant on parameters. age of flowering and number of unfilled pods.
