SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI KNO3 DAN LAMA PERENDAMAN TERHADAP PEMBIBITAN MARKISA ( Passiflora edulis L. )

ABSTRACT

The Reseach about the effect of KNO3 concentration and. soaking duration on the seedlings growt of Pasiflora edulis L., had been done since November 1990 up to January 1991 at Potro- bangsan, Magelang, Central Java. The soil type is latosol with pH 6,5 and elevationally located on an altitude of 375 m above sea level.
The aim of the research is to study the effect of KNO3 concentration and soaking duration on seedlings growth ofPassi- flora edulis L.
The research had done with used factorial experimental design which based on completely Randomized Design (CRD) two factors is KNO3 and three replications. The first concentration (K), are:
KO: 0 % concentration of KNO3
K1: 0,1 % concentration of KNO3
K2: 0,2 % concentration of KNO3
K3 0,3% concentration of KNO3
The second factor is soaking duration (L), are
L1: The needs are soaked in KNO3 for 4 hours
L2: The seeds are soaked in KNO3 for 8 hours
L3: The seeds are soaked in KNO3 for 12 hours
The data from the experimental result has been examined
with Barleft's homogenity test, Tukey's additivity been test and has transformed into logaritma. The data has been with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. examined
The result of the experiment shows the factor coricentration gives different significant parameter duration. observed but does not by the effect of KNOS to all the factor of soaking
