SKRIPSI PENGARUH ANATONIK DAN ROOTONE F TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN STEK PANILI (Vanilla planifolia andrews)

ABSTRACT
The research about influence Atonik and Rootone F on the growth vanilla cutting was carried out at Banjarnegoro village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang City, Province Cen- tral Java January untul April 1992. The kindi of soil os latosol, the soil pH is 6 with altitude of 360 meter sea level.
The research it was arranget in factorial methode used RCBD, which consisted of two treatment factors with three replication, fisrt factor, Atonik concentration which of consisted were : 0; 0,5 and 1 cc/litre water. And second factor Rootone F dosage which consisted were: 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mg/cutting
The result of the experiment analysis are:
1. Atonik is very significant on shoot lenght, of fresh weight of shoot, of dry weight of shoot and of leaves number. But it affected on significant to percentage of growth cutting, of number of main roots, of lenght of Bain rocte, of fresh weight of roots and of dry weight of roots.
2. Rootone F give influence very significant on shoot lenght of fresh weight of shoot, of dry weight of shoot and leaves number. But it affected on significant to percen tage of growth cutting, of number of main roots, of lenght of main roots, of fresh weight of roots and of dry weight of roots.
3. The treatment was interaction Atonik and Bootone F to the lenght of shoot with isn't interaction percentage of growth cutting, the weight of shoot fresh, the dry weight of shoot, the number of leaves, the number of main roots, the length of roots, the fresh weight of roots and thedry weight of roots.
4. The treatment Atonik with concentration 0,5 cc/litre water which to combine Rootone Fwith dosage 15 mg/cutting (A1R3) showed the best, moderate Atonik with concentration O cc/litre water (as controle) and Rootone F with dosage 0 mg/cutting (A0R0) showed low of yeld.
