SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK UREA DAN SAAT PEMANGKASAN TERHADAP HASIL TANAMAN NILAM ( Pogostemon cablin Benth )

ABSTRACT
The experiment of the effect of nitrogen fertilizer dose and time of tipping on patchauly yield, had been car- ried out at Semen village, Windusari district, Magelang. The soil type is lotosol with pH 6,5 and altitude 390 m above sea level.
The experiment uses Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), consisted of two factors and three replication. The fist factor is nitrogen application withhout fertili- zer supply until dose 120 kg/ha, with range 40 kg/ha. Second factor is time of tipping 4,5 month old, begining at 1,5 month, with rage 1,5 month,
The rise of nitrogen supply can increase all value of observated parameters. The rise of age of tipping can in- crease fresh weight of prunning, weight of air dried prun- ning and patchauly oil content, but the of rise age of tipping can decrease number of branch, fresh weight of harvest and weight of dry harvest. The rise of age of tipping and nitrogen fertilizer can increase all value of parameters observed.
