SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI EKSTRAK BAWANG PUTIH DAN MACAM BOKASHI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN STEK PANILI (Vanilla planifolia Andrews)
ABSTRACT
A research about influence of garlic extract concentration and bokashi on growth of vanilla (Vanilla planifolia Andrews) Cuttings has been done on 18th May until 29th August 2003 in BUMD plantation of Temanggung Regency, Karanggedong Village, Ngadirejo Subdistric. The altitude is 625 m. The soil is latosol and it has pH 5,5.
The metohd is factorial (3 x 3) with randomized completely block design consists three replication. The fisrt factor is garlic exract concentration is 0,5; 1 and 1,5 cc/5 co water. The second factor is bokashi shikantan, shisako and poepoes bokashi.
The result of the research it shows that garlic extract concentration of 1,05 cc/5 cc water can lenghten the bud, the concentrationof 1,05 cc/5 cc water can cause longer root, and the concentration of 1,01 cc/5 cc water can increase the weight of fresh root and the concentration of 1,06 cc/5 cc water can increase the dry weight of root.
Bokashi shisako can produce the longer bud, but it has no difference compared to shikantan. Bokashi shisako and poepoes can grow long roots. Bokashi shisako can increase the weight of fresh roots and also the weight of dry roots. The combination between garlic extract and bokashi has no influence forwards all of parameters analyses.
