SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI DAN INTENSITAS PEMBERIAN PUPUK DAUN VITABLOOM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT TEMBAKAU (NICOTIANA TABACUM L) VAR. GOBER

DEWI NGUDIARTI - Nama Orang;

The objective of this experiment is study influence of giving intensity and concentration of Vitabloom fertilizer on tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) seedling growth of Gober variety. This experiment was carried out at Potrobangsan village, north Magelang District, Magelang central java, from to loose September until Nopember 1991. The soil type is Latosol, the altitude is about 376 about see level, pH 6,5.

The method used was factorial with two factors, arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) each factors was replicated three times.

The treatment factors are:

a. Concentration (K) wich consisted of four levels:

= aquades (control).

K1 = 1 gram/litre of water.

K22 gram/litre of water.

K33 gram/litre of water.

b. Intensity (I) wich consisted of three levels

11 ages 20 days.

12 = ages 20 and 25 days.
13 = ages 20, 25 and 30 days.

The observation include the seedling height, number of leaves, leaf length, roots number, weigth and dry weigth of seedling. roots length, fresh

The result of experiment showed that concentration had very significant influence to the height of seedling, number of leaves, length and width of leaf, fresh weigth of seedling, dry weigth of seedling but had not significant influence to diametre of stem and roots number of seedling.

Intensity had very significant influence to the height of seedling, number of leaves, lenght and width of leaf, fresh weight of seedling, dry weight of seedling but had not show the exist of interaction to diametre of stem, root length and roots number of seedling.

Treatment between concentration and intensity giving fertilizer showed that exist of interaction height of seedling, number of leaves, length and width of to of laef fresh weigth of seedling, dry weight of seedling but did not show the exist of interaction to diametre of stem, root length and roots number of seedling.
