SKRIPSI PENGARUH PEMANGKASAN CABANG DAN KONSENTRASI PUPUK ORGANIK SUBURI TERHADAP HASIL TANAMAN TOMAT ( Lycopersicum esculentum Mill ) VARIETAS INTAN

ABSTRACT

The experiment about effect of branch pruning and concen- tration of Suburi organic fertilizer to the yield of tomato: (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) varities Intan, had been carried out since February until May 1995 at Kedungsari, Mage- lang at altitude of 380 metres above sea level. The soil is Latosol, the pH 6,5.
The method of experiment was Factorial with Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), consist of two factors and three replication. Factor one the branch pruning, consist of without pruning, the plant with two main branch and the plant with one main branch. Factor two the concentration of Suburi organic fertilizer consist of 0 cc/l water, 1 cc/l water, 2 cc/1 watter and 3 cc/l water.
The result of experiment showed that treatment pruning to give to make down to number of flower, number of ripe fruit, weight of ripe fruit, fresh weight of straw and dry weight of straw, but ascend weight of fruit. The concentration of Suburi organic fertilizer on concentration 2 cc/l water ascend to number of flower, number of ripe fruit, weight of fruit, fresh weight of straw and dry weight of straw. The treatment between not showed interaction. The treatment one branch and concentration 2 cc/l water showed the highest weight of fruit with average weight 71,91 gram.
