As basic medium was used Vacin and Went. The expe- riment was factorial based on Complate Randomized Design (CRD) with two treatment factors and four replications The factors were as follow:
a. Coconut water with four levels:
A0 : Without treatment as control
A1: Coconut water 100 cc/1 Vacin and Went media
A2: Coconut water 150 cc/1 Vacin and Went media
A3: Coconut water 200 cc/1 Vacin and Went media
b. Banana fruit treatment with four levels :
Po: Without treatment as control
P1: Banana fruit 150 gram/1 Vacin and Went media
P2: Banana fruit 200 gram/1 Vacin and Went media
P3: Banana fruit 250 gram/1 Vacin and Went media
The reseach analysis showed that the combination A2P1 treatment was able to increase the height of plant, the amount of leaves and roots.
The combination of A2P2 at the Vacin and Went was able to increase the length of leaves and root.
The combination of A2P3 treatment was able to increase the fresh weight of seedling
