SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS DAN SAAT PEMBERIAN DEKOMPOSER CM-123 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL JAGUNG (Zea mays, L) VARIETAS HIBRIDA BISI-2

ABSTRACT
research concerning "The Effect of Doze And Time of Application of CM-123 on Growth And Yield of Corn (Zea Mays, L) Hibryd of Bisi-2" had conducted at Soropadan Village, Pringsurat District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java Province, from 20th August until 20th December 1997. The soil type is Lathosol and altitude is 550 meters above sea levels.
The method is factorial (4 x 4) experiment with rendomized completely block design consisted of three replications. The first factor is time of application of CM-123 (S): 0, 1, 3 and 5 weeks after seeding.. The second factor is Doze of CM-123 (D): 0, 5, 10 and 15 liters/ha.
The result of this experiment shows that the faster the time of application of CM-123 may result in earlier flower initiation, but there is no significant effects on other parameters. The higher doze of CM-123 will only increase number of green leaves, weight of ear, and weight of dry kernels per plot. The higher doze of CM-123 on each time of application of CM-123 can not increase all observed parameters.
