SKRIPSI PENGARUH JUMLAH DAN ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TURUS KOPI ROBUSTA ( Coffea Canephora Pierre VAR. Robusta Cheval )

ABSTRACT
To know the influence of number of leaves and growth regullator to growth of Robusta coffee cutting (Coffea cane- phora Pierre var. Robusta Cheval), an experiment was carried out at PTP. XVIII RC. Getas Salatiga. Located at 300 meter above sea level, from March 15 until June 7, 1989.
The experiment was factorial arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design, using nine treatment combination with three replications for each treatment the factor were; Number of leaves; D1 (one pair leaved cutting), D2 (two pair leaved cutting), D3 (three pair leaved cutting); Growth regulator; A1 (control = 0 ppm), A2 (Rootone F = 20 mg/cutting), A3 (IBA = 4000 ppm).
The results obtained this experiment showed that the number of leaves has a significant affection to the experiment to the main componend of experiment and the three leaved cutting to give the best growth more than an one or two pair leaved cutting. The treatment of growth regulator (Rootone F and IBA) has not influence on the shoot growth but very influence on the root forming. Between the Rootone F and IBA although not significant was the best of Rootone F (A2). The treatment combination of three pair of number of leaved and Rootone F treatment (A2D3), Showed the highest results to the root number, the root lenght, the fresh weight of root, the dry weight of root if its compared with other 8 combination
