SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS DAN WAKTU PEMBERIAN PUPUK KALIUM TERHADAP HASIL UBI JALAR ( Ipomea Batatas (L) Lam )

ABSTRACT
The sim this experiment is to study the effect of the dosage and the time application time of Potassium fertilizer on the yield of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas (L) Lem). The experiment was visualized from July 11, 1990 up to November 5 1990 done at Kedungsari village, Kort Magelang sub distrik central Java, the soil type is Latonal and elevationally 10- cated 380 meters above sea level.
The methode of the experiment utilised was faktoriel ba- sed on the Randomized Completely Block Design (RCDB), consie- ted of two faktors and each of the treatment combination wan replicated three times. The first factor was conninted of O kg Potassium/hs (Do), 30 kg Potassium/ha (D,), 60 kg Fota- ssium/ha (D₂), 90 kg Potassium/ha (Dz). The second factor was the stage of aplication of K₂O fertiliser, consisted of 3 weeks old plant (W₁), 6 weeks old of plant (2) and 9 weeke old plant (W).
The result of the experiment showed that,
1. The dosage of Potassium K₂O doesn't have any effect on the number of tubers per individual plant, the weight of tubers number per plant and per plot, the fresh weight of the etraw, the dry weight of straw, but has very signivicant effect on the lenght of the longest sten
2. Application time of Fotassium doean't have signivicant effect on number of tubers per individual plent, the weight of tuber per plant, the weight of tuber per plot,
the fresh weight and dry weight of straw, but gave signi- vicant effect on the lenght of sten as well as on the plot.
3. The treatment combination gave significant cant effect on the weight of tuber per plot. The Interaction between the dosage and application time of 820 fertiliser is found on the weight of tuber per plot. The interaction gave signi- vicant effect. Appart interaction doesn't have signivicant effect to old of three parameter observed. The heighestiind was found on the manure Potassium 60 kg 320/ha with consis- tent of 3 weeks old plant.
