SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK TSP DAN PENUTUP TANAH TERHADAP PRODUKSI KACANG HIJAU ( Phaseolus radiatus L. )

ABSTRACT
The experiment was to aim is to know the effect of TSP dosage and cover crop to the yield of green pea (Phaseolus radiatus L.) No. 129 variety.
The experiment was carried out since Mei 13rd until Juli 17th, 1990. It's located in rice-field area at Potro- bangsan village, Nort Magelang, Magelang municipality. The soil type Latosol, an altitude of 380 m above sea level with pH of soil 6,0.
The experiment used the factorial with Randomized Com- pletely Block Design (RBCD) the consist 2 treatment factor. The first was TSP dose was four levels, they are: 0 kg/ha; 25 kg/ha; 50 kg/ha; 75 kg/ha. The second factors was cover crop was two levels, they are with cover crop and no co- ver crop, each treatment was replicated four times.
The result of experiment showed that TSP was signifi- cant to increase the number of fertile nodes, number of ma- turity pods, dry weight of seeds and decrease number of im- maturity pods, at the 5% level. Cover crop was significant to increase on number of fertile nodes, number of maturity pods, height plant, dry weight of seeds, weight of fresh straws, dry weight of straws and decrease on number of im- maturity pods.
Interaction of dose TSP 50 Kg/ha with cover crop was significant to increase on number of maturity pods.
The heighest of dry weight of seeds was reached to the combination dose TSP 50 kg/ha with cover crop.
