SKRIPSI PENGARUH LAMA PERENDAMAN DAN KONSENTRASI GIBBERELLIN TERHADAP HASIL KENTANG (Solanum tuberosum L.) Varietas Granula
ABSTRACT
An experiment concerning the effect of gibberellin concentration and soaking duration on the yield of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) granula variety had been carried out located at Sutopati Village, Kajoran Distric, Magelang Regency, Central Java. The kind of soil is latosol, soil pH 6,5 with an altitude 900 m above sea levels.
The experiment is arranged in factorial (4x3) with Randomized Completely Block Design concist of three replications. The frist factor concentration is gibberellin concist of 0, 50, 100 and 150 ppm. The second is soaking duration concist of 10, 20 and 30 minute.
The result of the experiment shows that increasing gibberellin concentration may increase plant hight, bulb number, volume of bulb, weight of bulb, fresh weight of plant, dry weight of plant.
The soaking duration increase hight of plant, weight of bulb, fresh of weight, but it may not increase number of bulb, volume of bulb, dry weight of plant.
The gibberellin concentration of 150 ppm and soaking duration at 30 minute gives highest yield of potato plant granula variety.
