SKRIPSI PENGARUH INOKULASI VA-MYCORRHIZA DAN DOSIS PUPUK TSP TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN KADAR FOSFOR JARINGAN PADA TANAMAN KACANG HIJAU (Phaseolus radiatus L)
ABSTRACT
The research with the title about "The effect of VA- Nycorrhiza Inoculation and The dosage of 137 Partilizer on the growth and Tissue Phosphorus concentration on Kung bean (Phasealus redintus L.) was carried cut at Ambarta wing Mungkid, Magelang with eltitude of 319 m роте вед levol 1991. on Regonel soil from August 23 23 until October 3
The aim of this research to know the effect of VA Mycorrhiss inoculation end the doenge of TSP fertiliser on mung bean (Phaseolus redistus L.) no. 129 veriety. -
The research used the factorial method trial with Randemined Completely Block Design (RBCD) consist of 2 fuctors with repeating 4 times. The factors of treatment were VA-Mycorrhise inokulation and the doange of 13P fer- tilizer. The factors of VA-Mycorrhias inoculation (I) oun sist of 2 levels, such sea without VA-Mycorrhias inccule- tion (VAM) and with VA-Mycorrhise incculstion (WAM). The factors of the dosage of TSP fertiliser consist of 4 10- vels, such na: 0g/pot, 0,15 g/pot, 0,3 g/pot, 0,45 g/pot er 0 kg/he, 25 kg/he, 50 kg/he, 75 kg/ha.
The research result showed that VA-Mycorrhise inocu lation incressing highly significant on the height of plant (11,8%), the fresh weight of upper plant (16,77%), the dry weight of upper plant (23,72%), nodules number (109,36), the number of effective module (110,05), the fresh weight of nodule (114,51%), the dry weight of nodule (163.59%), the intensity of VAM Infection (60,924), the phosphorus concentration in plant tissue (16,595), the volume of plant root (39,46%)。
The dosage of TSP fertiliser inoressing highly sigali- ficant nodules number (highest at in 67.99%). the number on of effective nodule (highest is 67,65%), the fresh weight of nodule (highest in 35.37%), the intensity of VAM infec- tion (highest is 95,367, the phosphorus concentration in plant tissue (highest in 31,96%), and incressing signifi cent the dry weight of nodule (highest la 54,83%), the volums of plant root (highest in 25,99%).
There is interaction on the combination of Va-Mycor rhise inocolation and the dosage of USP fertiliser on VAM infection intensity.
The Va-Mycorrhiza inoculation and the denege of TSF Fertiliser 50 kg/ha give a highest yield on the growth and tissue phosphorus concentration on mung bean.
