SKRIPSI PENGARUH MACAM AUXIN DAN MACAM SULUR PADA PERTUMBUHAN TURUS LADA (Piper nigru,m L.)

ABSTRACT
An experiment about the effect of kind of auxin and kind of sucker on the growth of papper cutting (Piper nigrum L.), had been carried out from February 27 until June 25, 1992. The experiment was located at Kemirirejo Village, South Magelang Sub district, Magelang City, Central Java. The elevation is about 330 above sea level, with a soil pll 6,5 and the soil type was latosol.
The purpose of this experiment was to know the effect of kind of auxin and kind of sucker on the growth of papper cutting.
The implementing of this research used the Design Factorial incompose that in the Randomized Complete Design, with three replications. Factor I kind of auxin (A): without auxin (AO), IBA (A2), IAA (A) and NAA (A3) and Pactor II kind of sucker (S) : aerial sucker (5), soil sucker (32), climb sucker (33) and fruit sucker (54).
The result of the experiment showed that auxin was very significant to the percentage of growth cutting, number of roots, fresh weight of seedlings with significant to dry weight of needlings but not significant to the number of leaves, the length of roots and lenght of shoots kind of sucker effect very significant to the percentage of growth cutting, number of leaves, number of roots, length of shoots, with a significant effect to dry weight of seedlings but not significant to the length of roots and fresh weight of seedlings. Interaction for the kind of auxin and kind of sucker for all parameters were not significant.
