SKRIPSI PENGARUH FREKUENSI PENGOLAHAN TANAH DAN PEMANGKASAN TUNAS MUDA TERHADAP PRODUKSI TOMAT ( Lycopersicum esculentum Mill )

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the experiment want to know the in- fluence of tillage frequency and succering to the produc- tion of tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill).
It is done on Latosol soil in May till 1987 with atitude of 343 m, ph 5,7-6,0. This used Randomized Complitly Block Design (RCBD) September experiment which arranged on Split Plot Design (SPD). The factor of til- lage frequency consists of three levels (hoed once, hoed twice and hoed three times). The factor of consists of four levels (every growing the succering succering, once in ten days, once in fifteen days and once in thirty days).
The result of this experiment shows that the treat- ment of the tillage frequency does not influence all para- meters which are examined while the succering does not influence to the height of the plant, the yield of fresh biomass, the yield of dry biomass, periode of blooming but it influences very significantly to the weight of the plant fruit, the amount of the plant fruit and the number of flower.
