SKRIPSI PENGARUH INOKULASI VA-MYCORRHIZA DAN DOSIS PUPUK TSP TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN KADAR FOSFOR JARINGAN PADA TANAMAN KACANG MERAH (Phaseolus vulgaris)
ABSTRACT
The research entiled "THE INFLUENCE OF VA-MYCORRHIZA AND TSP DOSAGE OF FERTILIZER ON THE GROWTH AND PHOSPHORUS CONTENT IN PLANT TISSUE AT KIDNEY BEAN (Phaseoulus vulgaris L.) was begun on August 30, 1991 until October 6, 1991 and carried out at Potrobangsan village, North Magelang, Magelang Regency, Central Java.
The research used was factorial experiment method with Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), which it two treatment factors and four replications. The first factor : inoculation of VA-Mycorrhiza of two levels: Mo (not VA-My- corrhiza inoculation of the land). The second factor four levels: Do (not TSP dosage of fertilizer), D₁ (30 kg/ ha (0,24 g/pot), D2 (60 kg/ha (0,48 g/pot), D3 +90 kg/ha (0,72 g/pot).
The research indicated that the treatment of VA-Mycor rhiza inoculation are very significantly increased up on : the fresh weight of upper plant (8,48%), the dry weight of upper plant (26,78%), the fresh weight of nodule (59,87%), the dry weight of nodule (38,52%), the total number of the effective nodules (20,78%), intencity of VAM infection (52, 69%), and phosphorus content in plant tissue (148,3%). The mean with yield observed heighest VA-Mycorrhiza inoculation (M₁) and lowerst yield not VA-Mycorrhiza inoculation (MM0). TSP dosage of fertilizer was very significantly in creased up on the fresh weight of nodule (43,04%), the total number of the effective nodules (112,24%), the dry weight of nodule (1188%), intencity of VAM infection (82, 51%) and significantly increased up on the dry weight of upper plant (27,65%) and phosphorus content in plant tissue (16,58%). The mean with yield observed highest TSP dosage of fertilizer 60 kg/ha (0,48 g/pot) (D2) and lowerst yield not TSP dosage of fertilizer (Do).
The combination of interaction of VA-Mycorrhiza inoculation and TSP dosage of fertilizer to the total number of the effective nodules, the dry weight of nodule, intencity of VAM infection and phosphorus content in plant tissue.
