SKRIPSI PENGARUH JARAK TANAM DAN KONSENTRASI ATONIK TERHADAP PRODUKSI TANAMAN CABE MERAH (Capsicum annum L.)

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this experiment is to know the effect of planting distance and Atonik concentration on red pep- per (Capsicum annum L.) production.
This experiment was conducted on a Rezosol soil type with on altitude of 343 and pH 5-6.
Metodology of this experiment is the factorial method. based on Randomized Complate Block Design (RCBD), consist of 2 factors treatment with 3 replication, they are:
a. The treatment of planting distance:
J₁ = 40 x 60 cm
J250 x 60 cm
J3 = 60 x 60 cm
b. The treatment of Atonik concentration:
Ko = 0 ppm
K1 = 500 ppm
K₂= 1000 ppm
K3 = 1500 ppm
Applied once in 2 weeks, and and it's civen 4 times only.
The observation object are: 1. The height of plant 2. The number of flowers per plant 3. The number of fruits per plant 4. The number of ripe fruits 5. The weight of frutta per plant 6. The fresh weight of straw 7. The dry weight of straw.
The result of the experiment was showed that the treat ment of planting distance influence to the height of plant age 14 and 28 days, but no influence no difference of the height of plant age 42, 56, 70 and 64 days.
The treatment of Atonik concentration did not influence on the height of plant, the fresh weight of straw and the dry weight of straw, but significantly influenced on the improvement of the number of flowers per plant, the number of fruits per plant, the weight of fruits and the number of ripe fruits.
The planting distance and Atonik concentration did not Interact each other to all components of observation.
The highest result the number of flowers per plant, the number of fruits per plant, the nusher of ripe fruits and the weight of fruits per plant were achieved by the treatment J3K1.
The lowest production from each treatment of plantine distance could be abtain at the K0 (0 ppm). Generaly Atonik could improve the production of red pepper Capsicum annum L.).
