SKRIPSI PENGARUH LAMA PENYIMPANAN DAN MACAM ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TURUS PANILI (Vanilli planifolia Andrews )

ABSTRACT
The research about influence of duration storage on the growth of Vanilla cuttings was carried out et Bandung- gede Village, Kedu District, Temanggung for February until June 1990. The kinds of soils regosol, the soil pH is 6- 7, with or altitude of 650 meter above sea level.
The research used Complete Randomized Design (CRD) it was arranged in factorial, for treatment consisted of two treatment factors, with three replication. The treatment factor were:
a. The duration of storage, with 3 levels
L0= No storage LO
L1=Three days of stora ge
L2= Six days of storage
b. Of kinds plant regulator, with 3 levels
M0= No IBA and GA3
M1= BA at 10 ppm
M2= GA3 at 10 ppm
The result of this result showed that the duration of storage didn't significant of effect the number of alive cuttings, roots'lenght, fresh weight of shoot, fresh weight of roots and dry weight of roots, but significant of effect to height of shoots, main roots'numberand dry weight of shoots, and very significant of effect the leaves 'number. Of the height of shoots and the main roots'number, were heighesh yield to therduration of storage for three days (L) to dry weight of shoots and leves 'number. The lowesh yield to reach of the duration of storage for six days (1) to the main roots 'number lowesh yield to reach of the zer 8 days duration of storage.
Of kinds plant regulator with very significant of effect to all parametres but not significant of effect the lenght'roots. The heighesh yield to reach (M) is plant regulator of IRA and lowesh yield to reach to (M₂) is plant plant regulator of GAy for the fresh weight of roots, lowesh to reach of control.
Interaction don't to the duration of storage and plant regulator kinds treatment of effect to all parametres, but the effect parametres of fres weight of shoot.
