SKRIPSI KAJIAN PENGARUH INOKULASI RHIZOBIUM DAN VA-MYCORRHIZA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KACANG HIJAU ( Vigna radiata L.)
ABSTRACT
The aim of experiment is to study the effect of the Rhizobium and VA-Mycorrhiza inoculation to the growth mung bean (Vigna radiata L.).
The experiment was done on July 11, 1992 until August 18, 1992 and the carried out at Jogonegoro village, district of Mertoyudan, Magelang regency, Central Java province. The experiment site is elevationally 370 metres above sea level, soil type Regosol with soil acidity 6,5.
The experiment ultilized was factorial method with ba- sed on the Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), consis ted of two factors with three replications. The first factor : Rhizobium inoculation (R) consisted of five level are: un inoculation Rhizobium (Ro), pure culture (R₁), leguminosae inoculant (R₂), nodules suspension (R) and soil of mung be- an was planted (R). The second factor: VA-Mycorrhiza ino- culation (M) consisted of two level are (Mo) and VAM inoculation (M₂) uninoculation VAM
The experiment result to indicate that factor of Rhizo- bium inoculation very significantly effect increase of the height of plant, the fresh weight of nodules, the dry weight of nodules, number of the effective nodules and not signifi- cantly effect of the fresh weight and the dry weight of up- per plant, intencity of VAM Infection, phosphorus and nitro- gen concentrate in plant tissue.
The factor VAM inoculation very significantly effect increase of the intencity VAM infection and nitrogen concen- trate in plant tissue. Not significantly effect of the height of plant, the fresh and the dry weight of upper plant, the fresh and the dry weight of nodules, number of the effec tive nodules and phosphorus concentrate in plant tissue.
