SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI DAN SAAT PEMEBERIAN PUPUK DAUN SURPLUS MERAH TERHADAP HASIL KACANG HIAJU ( Phaseolus Radiatus L. )

ABSTARCT
The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of the concentration and the time of application of the red surplus leaf fertilizer on the yield of Mung Bean (Phaseolus radiatus L.). The research was carried out from September 27 until. December 12, 1991 at Banyu- biru village, Banyubiru District of Semarang regency, Central Java. The altitude was 450 metres above sea le- vel and the kind of soil was latosol.
The research used the factorial design within Ran- domized Completely Block Design (RCBD), consisting of 2 factors and 3 replications.
The first factor was the concentration of leaf fertili- zer (K), consisted of 4 levels :
K0 : 0 gram/litre water
K1 : 1,5 grams/litre water #1
K2 : 2,0 grams/litre water 2
K3: 2,5 grams/litre water 3
The second factor was the time of application of leaf fertilizer (S), consisted 3 levels :
S1: 15 days after planting 1
S2: 20 days after planting 2
S3: 25 days after planting
The result of the research showed that :
1. Concentration of leaf fertilizer gave significant effect on the number of filled pods per plant, fresh weight of filled pods per plant, dry weight of seeds per plant, moreover it. gave a significant effect on the weight of 100 seeds. But didn't gave a signifi- cant effect on the height of plant, the number of un- filled pods and the number of seeds per pod.
2. The time of application of leaf fertilizer didn't gave significant effects to all observed parametres.
3. There was no interaction among the attamted treatment factors.
4. The highest yield had been obtained at the combinati- on of K2S2 treatment, namely 25,61 grams per plant
