SKRIPSI PENGARUH WAKTU PEMBERIAN PUPUK UREA TABLET TERHADAP HASIL TIGA VARITAS PADI(Oryza Sativa L.)

ABSTRACT
The research is to study the effect of fertilizer timing of tablet urea on the result of three rice varieties. The research began on 7 th March to 7 th July 1999 at Purwodadi, Purworejo, Central Java. The altitude is 17 meters and the kind of soil is alluvial, pH is 6,5.

The research metodology is split plot experiment with completely randomized block desaign which consists of two factors and three replications. First factor is fertilizer timing on 0; 7; 14; 21 day after transplanting. Second factor is varieties IR 64, Cilamaya Muncul, Way Seputih.

The result of research show that blocking based on sloping or the direction of soil fertility has the different effect on the growth height and the number of tillers. On the fertilizer timing doesn't show the effect on all observed parameters. On the treatment varieties show effects on all observed parameters, IR 64 has the number of tillers and the highest productive tillers. Cilamaya Muncul has the highest growth height and the highest 1000 grains weight. On Way Seputih variety has the number of branch panicle, number grains per panicle, number grains full per panicle at most and number of grains harvested per sector heaviest.
