SKRIPSI PENGARUH PERSENTASE CAHAYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN AWAL BIBIT TANAMAN KAKAO (Theobromu cacao L.)

ABSTRACT
The experiment about "CENTAGE ON THE EARLY GROWTH OF CACAO SEEDLING (Theobroma cacao L.)", had been caried out on the fifth of September, 1990 until the fifth of December, 1990, at Giriwarno, Kaliangkrik, Magelang District, Central of Java Province.
At a media of soil, sand and stable manare mixture with a ratio of 2: 1: 1. On altitude of 700 meter sea level.
The experiment objective to know the effect of the light percentage on the early growth of cacao.
The design was use Randomized Complete Block Design (ROHD), six (6) reslication and four (4) treatments
L1: 25% light
L2: 50% light
L3: 75% light
L4: 100% light
The result of the experiment indicated that, the light percentage was significant effect on the plant height, the leaves number, the leaf ares, the fresh weight of straw, the dry weight of straw, but non significant effect on the nat assimilation rate. The variation on the fresh weight of straw, the dry weight of straw and the net assimilation rate alan was effected by block (seedling great). Between four treatment. L1 is the best effect on the seedling growth.
