SKRIPSI PENGARUH KONSENTRASI ASAM GIBERELAT (GA3) DAN MACAM MEDIA TERHADAP PEMBIBITAN BENIH TEN ( Camellia sinensis L. )

ABSTRACT
The research about the effect of gibberellic acid concentration and medium to tea seedling (Camellia sinen- sis L.) had been carried out at Damarkasihan village, sub district Kertek, Wonosobo, Central Java, from January 10 until April 12, 1995. The soil type was Regosol, the soil pH 6,5 with an altitude of 1100 m above sea level.
The purpose of this research used the Randomized Complete Design (RCD), in factorial method, with three re- plications the treatment were kind of concentration gibbe- rellic acid (K), O ppm (Ko), 50 ppm (K₁), 100 ppm (K2), 150 ppm (K3), and 200 ppm (K4), and medium (M), soil medi- um (Mo), soil medium and organic fertilizer of goat (M), soil medium and INRA compos (M₂), with comparison 1: 1.
The result of experiment showed that concentration gibberellic acid effect significant by to percentage of seed germination, seed germination speed, number of lea- ves, wide of leaves, length of roots, height of seedling, fresh weight of plants and dry weight of plants. The medi- um effect significant by to number of leaves and length of roots, and medium effect non significant by to per- centage of seed germination, seed germination speed, height of seedling, wide of leaves, fresh weight of plants and dry weight of plants. Interaction of concentration of gibberellic acid and medium for all parameters were non significant.
