SKRIPSI PENGARUH JUMLAH BENIH PER LUBANG DAN DOSIS LEGIN TERHADAP HASIL KACANG TANAH ( Arachis hypogaea L. ) VARIETAS KELINCI
ABSTRACT
The als of this experiment is to study the effect of the number of seeds per hole of sowing and the dosage of legin on the yield of groundnut (Arachia hypogaea L.).
The experiment was done from March 1, 1990 up to June 30, 1990, at Tidar village, district of Saouth Magelang, Magelang regency, Central Java province. The experiment's site is ele- vationally located 380 meters above sea level, the soil type is Latosol with the soil acidity (pH) 6,0 and the cligate is fairly humid with the average daily temperature of 26 0.
The method of experiment utilised was factorial, based on the Randomised Completely Block Design (RCBD), consisted of two factors and each of the treatment combination was re- plicated three times. The first factor, the number of seeds per hole of sowing (B) was consisted of one single seed per hole of sowing (B), two seeds per hole of sowing (B) and three seeds per hole of sowing (B₂). The second factor, the dosage of legin (L) was consisted of og legin/kg seeds (Do), 5 g legin/kg seeds (L₁), 10 g legin/kg seeds (2) and 15 g legin/kg seeds (ig).
The result shows that the number of seeds factor signi- ficantly affects the number of mature pods and the fresh we- ight of straw, very significantly affects the height of plant, the number of immature pods, the dry weight of mature poda and the dry weight of 100 seeds, but doen not have any effect on the flowering stage, the number of unfilled pods, the fresh weight of mature pod and the dry weight of straw.
The dosage of legin factor does not have any effects to all of the parameters observed, except on the flowering stage has very significant effect.
The interaction between two treatment factors examined is not found.
The weight of dry mature pods gained by planting two seeda per hole (3) reached the highest weight if it's com- pared to one or three seeds per hole (B, or B). The way of planting by two seeds per hole (B) gave 26,97 g, one seed per hole (81) gave only 22,16 g and three seeds per hole (B3) gave 23,44.
The fastent flowering stage vas reached on the treatment
of 15 & legin/kg needs (Ds), 31 days after sowing. The longest
flovering stage was reached on the treatment of og legin/kg
seeds (1), 32,44 days after sowing.
