SKRIPSI PENGARUH KEMASAKAN BENIH DAN KADAR GIBBERELLIN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KOPI ( Coffea canephora. Fierre ) VAR ROBUSTA KLON BP 42
ABSTRACT
The reasearch to have know the effect of mature of
coffe seed (Coffea canephora, Pierre) var Robusta Klon BP
42, an experiment on done since July, 1991 up to September
1991 at Sumber rejo Magelang, Central java.
The experiment was analyzed in factorial, wich to com-
pletely Randomized Design (CRD), consisted of two factor
and 3 replication. The first factor was seed mature (M) that
consisted green coffe (M₁), yellow coffe (M2) and red coffe
(M3). The second factor was concentration gibberellin (K)
that kontrol (KO), gibberellin 75 ppm (K₁), gibberellin 150
ppm (K2) and gibberellin 225 ppm (K3).
The experiment showed that seed mature and concentrati-
on gibberellin was really affected in percentage of germina-
tion, number of leaves, the plant of height, fresh weight of
seed and dry weight of seed, but nat really affected in main
root length and root of number. The experiment was interac-
tion, number of leaves, the fresh weight of seed and dry
weight of seed.
