SKRIPSI PENGGUNAAN BERBAGAI MACAM MEDIA DAN KONSENTRASI PUPUK DAUN GREENZIT TERHADAP PEMBIBITAN KAKAO ( Theobroma cacao L. )
ABSTRACT
The aim research to know the influenced of using many
kinds growth media and concentration Greenzit leaf fertilizer
to cacao seedling growth (Theobroma cacao L.).
The research was begun on Aug. 14, 1991 until Nop. 6,
1991 at Dumpoh village, Potrobangsan, North Magelang sub dis-
trict, Magelang regency, Central of Java province, in the al-
titude 376 meters of the sea level.
The research was done in the plastic house, so using
Factorial Design with bottom design it's Complete Randomized
Design (CRD), had two factor, it's the many kinds growth me-
dia and Greenzit concentration, with three replication. The
level and factor as follows:
Factor 1 : The many kinds growth media (M) had 4 level, it's:
M0 : The mount Kelud sand (as control)
M1 : The mount Kelud sand + the cow manure hedge (1:1)
M2 :The mount Kelud sand + the organic mature humus
M3 :The mount Kelud sand blotong (1:1)
Factor 2: The Greenzit concentration (K) had 4 level, it's:
K0: No Greenzit (as control)
K1: The Greenzit concentration 1,25 cc/liters water
K2: The Greenzit concentration 2,50 cc/liters water
K3: The Greenzit concentration 3,75 cc/liters water
The result of the research showed that the many kinds
media was very significant influence to the height of seed-
ling, the stem diameter, the fresh weight of seedling, the
dry weight of seedling, the tap root lenght and the leaves
number.
The leaf fertilizer concentration wasn't significant
influence to the height of seedling, the stem diameter, the
fresh weight of seedling, the tap root lenght and the leaves
number, but significant influence to the dry weight of seed-
ling.
The Greenzit concentration of the best was got to concen-
tration 3,75 cc/liters water (K3) to the height of seedling,
the stem diameter, the fresh weight of seedling, the dry weight
of seedling, the tap root lenght and the leaves number.
It wasn't interaction of the between media and concentra-
tion leaf fertilizer that was try for all observation parame-
ters.
