SKRIPSI PENGARUH BERAT RIMPANG DAN WAKTU PEMBERIAN PUPUK K TERHADAP HASIL TANAMAN JAHE ( Zingiber officinale Rosc) Varitas Gajah

ABSTRACT
The research a bout the effect of finger shaped weight
and gift potassium fertiliser to the production of ginger a
plant (ginger var. Gajah) was carried out at Tanjung Anom,
Kepil, Wononobo, Central Java, Nopember until Febuary.
The soil type was Latosol with an altitude of 650m, the soil
pH was 6,5.
The research used Randomized Complete Block Design
(RCED) it was arranged in Factorial, which consisten of two
treatment factor with three replications. The treatment fac-
tors were:
a. Finger shaped weight, with 3 levels:
B1 = 30 gram
B2 = 60 gram
B3 = 90 gram
b. The second gift potassium fertiliser, with 4 levels:
W0 = on plant
W1 = week old of plant
W2 = 4 week old of plant
W3 = 7 week old of plant
The resulf of this research showed that the manure
finger shaped weight very significant on fresh finger shaped
weight per shrub, dry finger shaped weight per shrub, fresh
finger shaped weight per plot, wet weight of straw and non
significant on dry weight of straw. On the fresh finger
shaped weight per shrub, the dry finger shaped weight
and the fresh finger shaped weight per plot, the highest yield
was found on manure finger shaped weight 90 gram with the
second rift potassium fertiliser 1 week old of plant.
The second gift potassium fertiliser very significant on the
fresh finger shaped weight per shrub and significant on the
dry finger shaped weight, the fresh finger shaped weight
per plot and non significant on the wet weight of straw, the
dry weight of straw. The interaction between finger shaped
weight and the second gift potassium fertiliser on the dry
finger shaped weight per shrub.
