SKRIPSI PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN BERBAGAI DOSIS PUPUK NITROGEN (N) TERHADAP INTENSITAS SERANGAN PENYAKIT ANTRAKNOSA (Gloeosporium piperantum Ell. et Ev. ) PADA BEBERAPA VARIETAS CABAI ( Capsicum sp L. )

ABSTRACT

The research of using dose nitrogen fertilizer to intencity attack of antracnose disease (Gloeosporium piperantum El. et Ev.) at many pepper varieties (Capsicum sp L.), was carried out from September 1994 until Januari 1995 in Geger Girirejo villege, District Tegalrejo, Magelang Regency, at the altitude 320 meters above sea level, at the latosol soil and pH 6,5.
The reaserch was carried out using split plot methode with the base of this design is Complete Group Random Design, with 2 factors and 4 replication, they are:
Factor I : Variety kind (V) the consisting of 2 levels
V1 : Hot Beauty pepper variety
V2 : Cipanas pepper variety
Factor II : Dose nitrogen (D) the consisting of 4 levels
D1 : Nitrogen dose of 50 kg/ha
D2 : Nitrogen dose of 70 kg/ha
D3 : Nitrogen dose of 90 kg/ha
D4 : Nitrogen dose of 110 kg/ha
The result of the research showed that:
1. The variety kind factors very significantly to number of healt ripe fruits, number of attacked disease green fruits, and fresh weight ripe fruits per plant, significantly inten- city attack disease and number attacked of ripe fruits.
2. The nitrogen dose factors very significantly to intencity attacked disease, number of healt ripe fruits, number of attacked disease ripe fruits, number of attacked disease green fruits and fresh weight of ripe fruits per plant and significantly to procentase attacked disease.
3. Interaction between kind factors and nitrogen dose factors. very significantly to procentase attacked disease, number attacked disease ripe fruits and number attacked disease of green fruits.
