SKRIPSI PENGARUH PEMILIHAN LETAK RUAS DAN KONSENTRASI IBA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TURUS KUMIS KUCING (Orthosiphon aristatus Miq)

ABSTRACT
The experiment of the effect of internode and Indole
3-Butyric Acid concentration on steam cutting kidney tea
growth (Orthosiphon aristatus Miq), had carried out in
August until October 1991 at Potrobangsan village. North
Magelang District, Magelang city, Central Java, Latosol
soil, pH 5,8; on altitude 376 m.
The purpose of the research is to know the effect of
internode and Indole-3-Butyric Acid concentration on ste-
am cutting kidney tea growth.
The method experiment used Factorial arranged in
Randomized Complete Block Design, with 2 factors of In-
dole-3-Butyric Acid concentration (4 level) and inter-
node (3 level) and 3 replications. The first factor Was
internode; shoot, middle and but. The second factor was
Indole-3-Butyric Acid; 0 ppm, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm and 1500
ppm.
Internode gave significant effect to length of bud,
number of root, length of main root, fresh weight of bud,
dry weight of bud, fresh weight of root and dry weight of
root. Significantly effect to number of primer branch.
Indole-3-Butyric Acid concentration gave significant
effect to length of bud, number of root, length of root,
fresh weight of bud, dry weight of bud, fresh
weight of root and dry weight of root. main
While the other parameter do not significantly effect to
number of leaves, number of primer branch.
The interaction of the treatment between internode
and Indole-3-Butyric Acid concentration on the length of
bud, number of root and dry weight of root.
