SKRIPSI PENGARUH DOSIS ROOTONE F DAN JUMLAH MATA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN STEK ANGGUR (Vitis sp)

ABSTRACT
The experiment on the effect dose of Rootone F and number
of bud on growth of grape cuttings (Vitisan) had been carried
out from March 15 until June 12, 1992. The location of the ex-
periment was in Potrobangsan, Magelang, Central, Java Province
with the elevation of about 376 metres above sea level.
The design used was experimental design based of Randomi-
zed Complete Design (RCD) consisted of two factor and three
reflication were tested with Duncan's Test at 5% level. The
observation was done on the factor:
Factor 1: The Rootone F dose (K) are with three level:
K0: without Rootone F
K1 : using 20 mg dose of loctone F
K2 : using 40 mg dose of Rootone F
Factor 2: Number of bud (M) are with three level:
M1: number of bud one
M2: number of bud two
M3: number three of three
The result of this experiment showed that dose lootone F
affect very significantly to that length of roots, number of
roots, fresh weight of roots and dry weight of roots. Signifi-
cantly affect the length of shoots, number of leavens, fresh
weight of shoots, dry weight of shoot and percentage of alive
cuttings, no significantly effect to the merge time of bud.
The number of bud affect very significantly to the length
of shoot, number of leaves, fresh weight of shoot and dry
weight of shoot, significantly effect the emerge time of bud,
number of roots, fresh weight of roots and dry weight of roots,
no significant effect on the length of roots and percentage of
alive cuttings. No interaction between dose of Rootone
Fand number of bud to all parametres.
The best of grape liners was compound 20 mg done of Roo-
tone F with number three of bud
